How to Use

How to Use:

To Use: Sit jar in a bowl of hot water to warm oil. Lay a blanket/towel down on the floor and sit. Slowly but firmly, massage the entire body from toes up. Even massage your scalp. Once finished (be careful of slippery feet), take a shower or bath. Pat dry.

-If you are short on time, you can massage your body in the shower, after you wash your body. Be careful as feet may become slippery. Pat dry.

-Quick Fix…..slowly yet firmly, oil feet and hands before bed to help eliminate excessive mind chatter.

Caution: It is recommended to avoid massage when you are sick, fever, or menstruating
