How to Use

How to Use:

Lay a blanket/towel down on the floor and sit. Lovingly & softly, massage the entire body from toes up. Even massage your scalp, slowly & rhythmically. Once finished (be careful of slippery feet), take a shower or bath. Pat dry.

-If you are short on time, you can massage your body with the oil in the shower, after you wash your body. Be careful as feet may become slippery. Pat dry.

-Quick Fix…..loving & slowly massage feet, hands, and scalp in the am to help eliminate irritation & promote compassion.

Caution: It is recommended to avoid massage when sick, fever or menstruating.
