By the end of the program, you can expect to feel more energized, balanced, and in tune with your body and mind. You will feel inspired to make this a lifestyle…a Vital Lifestyle!

Each class is 1 hour plus about 20 minutes for Q&A. You can attend live OR watch the recording at your convenience. The dates for the live classes are as follows (Links will be available a few days prior to each class. Recordings will be available within 12 hours after the live class has ended):

Usage Guidelines:

~Shake jar to combine the oil. Warm by submerging the jar in hot water. Apply the desired amount of oil to different areas of your dry hair and scalp. Gently massage using your fingertips, ensuring full coverage from your hairline to the entire scalp. Spread oil from roots to ends. Leave on for a minimum of 25 minutes before washing hair. For optimal results, use twice a week. For an evening routine, wear a bonnet after applying the oil and leave it in overnight. Wash hair in the morning.

Keep the jar away from direct sunlight and moisture. Each 4 oz bottle comes with a canvas drawstring bag.
