Ayurvedic Health Counseling

with Yvette

You’ve accomplished so much, now it’s time to nourish the woman who made it all possible.

You’ve built a beautiful life….career, family, home. Yet somewhere along the way, your own well-being was put last, forgotten.

You feel tired, foggy, maybe even disconnected from the woman you once were.

I’m Yvette Racines, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga Therapy Teacher. I offer one-on-one holistic wellness programs designed to help you restore energy, clarity, and balance using the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga.

Through my personalized programs, we’ll look at what’s really going on beneath the surface…digestion, sleep, stress, emotional patterns. Together, we will create a sustainable plan rooted in daily rhythms, nourishing foods, self-care, and mindset support.

This is not a quick fix — it’s a gradual, sustainable return to your natural rhythm. A way of living that supports the woman you are now.

If you’re ready to prioritize your wellness and feel vibrant in your own skin again, I invite you to begin.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda (pronounced: ah-yur-vay-duh) is a complete, holistic system of health and well-being that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word itself means “knowledge of life,” and that’s exactly what it offers…time-tested wisdom on how to live in harmony with your unique mind, body, and the rhythms of the world around you.

Ayurveda is both a science and an art. It’s grounded in deep observation of nature, the body, mind, and the senses. When these aspects of self become imbalanced or out of rhythm, we no longer feel well…fatigue, anxiety, digestive irregularity, sleeplessness, and an overall disconnect with our inner peace.

Ayurveda doesn’t treat symptoms in isolation, it looks at the whole person… how you eat, sleep, move, and care for yourself.

How Does Yoga Fit Into This?

Ayurveda and Yoga both come from the same ancient roots, India. They both are part of a complete way of living that supports physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being. While Ayurveda mainly focuses on aligning your lifestyle, food, and daily rhythms with your natural constitution, Yoga is ultimately a self-realization practice to help you remember your wholeness. Both are self-empowering and liberating systems that allow you to be in charge of your own healing.

In my wellness coaching, I integrate certain elements of Yoga to support the Ayurvedic recommendations. This may include:

  • Conscious movements (or yoga postures) to address physical discomfort
  • Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and steady your mind
  • Meditative practices to support sleep and to deeply connect to your inner self.
  • A custom yoga sequence (recorded for you) to help integrate your wellness plan into your daily life

This isn’t about fitness and you don’t have to be “flixible” or “fit”. It’s about creating a supportive, personalized practice that brings you back to yourself one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.

How to begin

  • If you already know which program is appropriate for you, you can choose it now.
  • If you need a little guidance, start by scheduling a free 15-minute Clarity Call

This is a chance for us to talk through where you are, what you’re needing support with, and what level of care feels most aligned. It’s not a consultation but rather a starting point to see which offering is right for you.

Choose Your Path

  • After your Clarity Call, you’ll choose from one of three complete offerings:

    • Vital Reset – A one-time, 90-minute Ayurvedic consultation

    • Vital Renewal – A 4-week program with follow up sessions + personalized support

    • Vital Immersion – Spread out over 8 weeks for a deeper, more integrated transformation

Payment & Scheduling Policy

  • Once you’ve selected your plan, payment is made in full at the time of booking. This helps ensure that your session times are held just for you, and allows us to begin the process with clear commitment and care.
  • After booking, you’ll receive a short self-assessment to complete before our first session. I’ll be in touch to schedule your consultation, and your Zoom link will arrive 24 hours in advance.

Is This For You?

If you’re a woman who has poured your energy into building a beautiful life and now feels called to pour some of that love and care back into yourself, these programs are made for you.

If you’re:
  • Struggling with low energy, digestion irregularity, or restless sleep
  • Feeling weighed down, constantly frustrated, or emotionally drained
  • Longing for clarity, balance, and a steadier rhythm to your days

…then this work is for you. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You simply have to begin.

Clarity Call (15 minutes, complimentary)

This free 15-minute Clarity Call is an opportunity for us to connect. You’ll have space to share a little about what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and get a better sense of whether Vital Living Wellness™ is the right fit for your journey.
There’s no pressure or commitment, but simply a welcoming space to explore your next steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

You deserve to feel as vibrant and nourished as the life you’ve created.

Let’s work together to help you remember your body’s wisdom, love being in your body, and feel more like YOU again.

My Personal Approach

As a mother of three, I know how easy it is to lose sight of your own needs while caring for everyone else. For a long time, I thought feeling busy, run-down, and disconnected was just part of a full life.

But when I began to explore Ayurveda and Yoga more deeply, something shifted. These traditions offered me a way of living and caring for my whole self. I didn’t change everything overnight. Instead, I started making small, meaningful choices that I actually enjoyed.

Now, I offer that same kind of support to others. My approach isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about working with where you are, and learning sustainable ways to feel more at home in your body and your life.
