Comes with a bamboo serving spoon and a muslin cloth bag.

How to Use: Remove desired amount using the provided bamboo spoon, rub on body, from your feet up and from your hands up your arms/shoulders toward your heart. Rinse. Pat dry skin. Avoid sensitive areas, broken skin & face. Discontinue use if you notice skin irritation.

Recommended Usage: 1x per week

Caution: Tub may get slippery.

Avoid putting hands directly into container, use bamboo spoon.
