Mindful Flow

This flow-style class is especially beneficial for those who experience feelings of heaviness, sluggishness, or difficulty “getting started.” Through intentional, breath-centered movement, you’ll gently build strength, flexibility, and endurance, while improving circulation and cultivating a calm, focused mind. Each class is sequenced through an Ayurvedic lens, as the time of life, time of year, and time of day will be taken into consideration.

Mindful Flow integrates the deeper teachings of yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations, offering a practice that goes beyond physical effort to nurture a state of inner stillness and vitality. Though these classes can be physically engaging, they are not intended as a “work-out” but as a way to release physical discomfort and restore harmony in your mind and body.

Please note: These classes may not be suitable for those with injuries.

Conscious Body

For those who tend toward burn-out, overwhelm, irritability,  & fatigue, discover a practice that brings deep inner awareness and ease through slow, deliberate movements inspired by Yoga Therapy and guided by Ayurvedic principles. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced with the time of the year and time of day in mind, helping to calm irritability, counter overwork, and ease the compulsive “need to always be doing something” attitude.

In a supportive group setting with individualized attention, Conscious Body emphasizes caring for your unique needs, integrating the physical and energetic aspects of yoga to restore, rejuvenate, and support overall well-being. This gentle yet effective approach meets you where you are, making it suitable for all levels.

Please note: These classes may be appropriate for those recovering from injuries, but please consult with Yvette beforehand.

Tuesdays: 10am – 11:15 am (Conscious Body)

Wednesdays: 6pm – 7:15pm (Mindful Flow)
