Each session is a Live, Online Class. 1 Hour plus 20 minutes for Q&A.
Attending live classes will provide the best experience, but we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you’re unable to attend live, no need to worry. Recorded classes will be available for members to view or revisit just 12 hours after the live class concludes.
